SHIPPING POLICY

Delivery time

The delivery of your product is in the United Kingdom, you will receive them within approximately two (2) to four (4) working days from the date of shipment by DPD, deliveries will be made throughout the day, without time preference.

Castañer may extend delivery times in periods of sales and high season or when an irregularity is detected in the order. The delivery time will never exceed thirty (30) days from the date of order confirmation.

No deliveries will be made on Saturdays, Sundays and holidays, and will be made on the next working day.

The order of the product will be binding when the customer confirms it in the purchase procedure.

Home delivery

We will deliver your products to the address you have indicated in the purchase procedure. If an error is detected in the address, the customer service department will contact you as soon as possible.

Shipping addresses must be physical locations accessible to courier companies. We cannot ship to pick-up points or post offices.

If no one is at your address at the time of delivery, the courier company will make up to 3 attempts. If your shipment is not delivered after these attempts, your order will be returned to Castañer and you will need to contact our customer service department to arrange a new delivery.

If you wish to change the delivery address after purchasing the product, please contact the customer service department indicating the order number and the correct shipping address.

At the time of delivery you must confirm receipt of your order to the courier company.

Delivery Incidents

If the tracking of your order indicates that it has been delivered, but you have not received anything, we invite you to contact us through the contact form so that we can solve it as soon as possible.

Shipping cost information

All shipments within the UK are free of charge. Rates are subject to change according to promotions. You accept the rate on the order form.
